The Company's mission involves capitalizing on its proven in-house expertise in OHGI technology in order to achieve long-term growth while emerging as a global leader in the development and production of emission reducing OHGI devices for mobile and power generative applications. We will accomplish this by being focused on providing profitable fuel economies as well as sustainable returns to our shareholders.

On the basis of our in-house test results as well as 3rd party independent test results, the company believes that our OHGI device provides an immediate solution to the transportation industry for greenhouse gases precipitated by fossil fuel emissions. Green house gas emission reductions are being mandated across Europe and our technology meets the existing “Carbon Credit” green industry standards. We are applying for Carbon Credit approved status in participating countries, which will provide government subsidies for each unit sold in the near future. We believe we will have tremendous demand for our Emission Reductions Devices (ERD’s) by mobile transportation segments such as fleet transportation and locomotives, affected by high fuel costs and government emission regulations or Kyoto Treaty penalties. The scalability and versatility of our OHGI technology allows future generations of our products to be easily adaptable, allowing us to aggressively penetrate and establish market share in many additional industries.
